Mattapan CDC has completed a number of residential projects that have increased or preserved over 100 units of affordable housing in our community.

+ Adams Court on River Street: Mattapan CDC worked in partnership with Nuestra CDC to modernize 95 affordable housing units.  Located at 431 - 439 River St., the Adams Court project successfully preserved affordable housing in what would have otherwise become market-rate housing.

+ Astoria Street Homes: Astoria Street Homes was the first home buying project for the Mattapan CDC under Boston's First-time Homebuyers Program.  These eight units of affordable housing have been touted as among the greenest in Boston.

+ Homes at Wellington Hill: Homes at Wellington Hill was an 8-unit construction project consisting of both single and two-family homes on five parcels of land.
