SITE WALKS NEPONSET RIVER TRAIL EXTENSION Thurs, July 22, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. North of the River Tour
Meet at Foley Senior Residences, 249 River Street, Mattapan,
at the parking lot to the right of the entrance drive.
Mon, July 26, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. South of the River Tour
Meet at Riverway Plaza, 90 River St., Mattapan, at the parking lot
off Central Ave., next to the entrance of Rite Aid Pharmacy.
At the site walks, DCR will discuss, respond to questions, and solicit
public input on optional routes for a multi-use pathway connection
between the Lower Neponset River Trail and the Neponset
Esplanade, between Central Avenue in Milton and Blue Hill Avenue
in Boston.

and well wishers of the CDC,
celebrated in October its 2nd
Annual Gateway to Boston Gala at
the Milton Hoosic Club.
The keynote address was delivered
by Dr. Keith Motley, University
of Massachusetts Boston Chancellor.
The apex of the evening was
the honoring of Reggie Nunnally,
Interim Director for External
Affairs for the Department
of Neighborhood Development,
with the Lifetime Achievement
Award.
Other honorees included Hillario
Arthurton, recipient of the Future
Leader of America Student
2007 Award; Boston Police Department
Area B-3 District’s Captain
James M. Claiborne, Sergeant
Timothy J. Torigian, and community
service officers Rita Pitts,
Janine Busby and Patrice Bennett;

Mattapan Community Health Center;
