Mattapan CDC builds, preserves, and operates quality affordable rental and homeownership housing with a priority on serving the housing needs of Mattapan’s low- and moderate-income residents.  Mattapan CDC has an existing portfolio of 24-units and is working with the City of Boston's Department of Neighborhood Development to stabilize the Mattapan housing market.
